Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are made to order especially for you. Therefore, please make sure you read our policy carefully.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted via email within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Reasons for Returns:
Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Other Returns - We strongly advise our customers to contact us before returning any products. Since every DogzPrinted product is made to order we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges. It is responsibility of the customer to consult the size charts that we provide to choose the right size. Size exchanges will be made at customer's expense. In this case, a new order, at customer's full expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items
We only replace items with quality related issues (if they are defective or damaged). In cases of damage or defect, please provide us with a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email.
If you need to exchange your defected item for the same item, first send us an email at email@example.com for confirmation of return. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and in the original packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Who is responsible for Return Shipping Costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In case when a product is damaged or defective, the customer must contact DogzPrinted to make an arrangement with DogzPrinted support as to how the return should be handled.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
